All of my candles are soy wax and poured by hand, so every one of them is a little different. We embrace their singularity and call it a feature. All fragrance comes from essential oils, and again, some may be smellier than others. While it is absolutely my intent to provide a fabulous product, each glass has had a story before it became a candle so the may be flaws in the glass. All this to say: if you are looking for perfection, move on.

Glass things break in the mail. I will attempt to replace any breakage with new versions as soon as I can. If they still aren't up to your overly high expectations I will probably give you your money back because I don't want to fight about it. Conflict makes me nervous.

It takes me a couple days to pack these bad boys and get them sent out. The USPS is the best way to do this, but if you need something sent with another carrier or have some specific high maintenance request I am happy to oblige. Talk to me, I'm pretty ok most days.
